BLC Korean School
BLC Koreean School operates on a two-semester system, comprising of a Fall and Spring Semester. The Fall Semester commences on the third Friday of August, with classes held from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM for the duration of two hours per session, over a period of 14 weeks. Similarly, the Spring Semester begins on the second Friday of January, offering two-hour classes from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM, also for a period of 14 weeks.

Introductory Level (입문반)

Target Audience: Students new to Korean language learning.

Target Audience: Students who have completed the Introductory Level.

Textbook: 'Hangeul Basic Part 2' (Ministry of Science and Technology, Overseas Koreans Education Foundation), supplemented by Bethel Korean School's own materials.

Objectives: To enable students to combine consonants, vowels, and final consonants to read and write syllables, words, and sentences. The focus is on building a foundation in communication-oriented Korean language learning.

Intermediate Level (초급반)

Target Audience: Students with foundational Korean skills. This level is divided into two stages: Intermediate 1 and Intermediate 2.

Objectives: To enable free expression in Korean by engaging with Korean literature (e.g., poetry, essays, travelogues, play scripts, proverbs) and mastering advanced vocabulary and diverse sentence structures. Simultaneously, the program aims to deepen students' interest and understanding of Korean culture, history, and society.
